Police: Teens arrested after shooting spree, robbery in San Diego, Chula Vista [Breaking]
Police say a group of teenagers were behind a crime spree that included four shootings and a robbery from Otay Mesa to Chula Vista to East Village early Friday.Three suspects, two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy, were arrested Friday on suspicion of attempted murder and other charges tied to the spree, police said. The trio were booked into Juvenile Hall.At least four people were injured in the shootings and expected to recover, police said.
Shortly after, another shooting was reported in the area. A car headed down Dennery Road was struck by gunfire, and a woman in the car was injured when a bullet grazed her cheek, Gini said. Footage from OnScene TV shows the sedan at the Emergency Room drop-off area, with two bullet holes in the windshield and another bullet hole in the hood.
Less than 10 minutes later, another 911 caller reported that another victim, a 33-year-old man, was found injured in front of a business on Palomar Street. He had been shot and stabbed, police said.
