A video being shared on social media doesn’t show Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell saying this, nor did we find other instances of him saying House Speaker Nancy Pelosi should be jailed.
"‘She should be JAILED!’ Mitch McConnell EXPOSED Nancy Pelosi to her face in Congress," an Aug. 16It was flagged as part of Facebook’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed.
The video features two clips of McConnell, and in neither does he suggest that Pelosi — or anyone — should be jailed.
