KushCo Holdings Inc. KSHB, -3.81% said late Tuesday that it would have to restate its annual financial statements for fiscal 2018 and 2017 due to an accounting error. KushCo said it expects net losses for fiscal 2018 to more than double to $24.3 million from $10.2 million. It also expects fiscal 2017 losses to widen to $1.7 million from losses of $100,000.
