Comedian Les took on the role of a pantomime dame towards the end of his career
The reality TV star, 31, is set to join the cast of Aladdin at The Globe theatre in her hometown of Blackpool later this year. It comes after Charlotte kicked out fiance Matthew Sarsfield, 32, after discovering he sent explicit texts to a rugby pal's ex.
Comedian Les, famed for his crossdressing double act Cissie and Ada with Roy Barraclough, took on the role of a pantomime dame towards the end of his career. He died of a heart attack in 1993 when Charlotte his youngest of four children and his only child with second wife Tracy - was just eight months old.
Pleasure Beach Resort's CEO, Amanda Thompson OBE said: "We're thrilled to be welcoming Charlotte back to our stage performing in Aladdin at The Globe. Charlotte is a firm favourite with our audiences and brings an impeccable mix of glamour and comedy."
