Film fans are advised to turn up early to find a good spot and grab food and drink at the bar
Families and friends can enjoy some of their favourite films in Nottingham this week with an outdoor cinema event. An outdoor movie experience is coming to Wollaton Hall and Deer Park.
The showings - part of The Luna Cinema event - will take place from August 24 to August 27 and food and drink stalls will be on offer. The films include The Dark Knight Rises, Top Gun: Maverick, Pretty Woman, and Barbie.What's the best pub in Nottinghamshire? The event will include high-tech screens paired with state-of-the-art sound. Viewers can enjoy the films as there’s no ushering or no shushing, says the event hosts.
Tickets for the event are priced at £17.50 for adults and £11.50 for children. Guests can bring their own chairs and blankets and are welcome to bring a picnic from home but are advised not to pack any alcohol. The Luna Bar will be onsite and only alcohol purchased on-site is permitted.The gates open at 6.45pm for each screening and the film will start at 8.15pm
