The royal looked very 'relaxed' and 'in a good place' according to a body language expert
Prince Harry was thought to appear the "epitome of happiness" during his latest solo trip to Tokyo, Japan, as the royal seemed to shrug off any rumours of a break-up between him and Meghan Markle.
Later on, the Duke also appeared on stage with ISPS Handa's founder Haruhisa Handa and ex-New Zealand rugby player Dan Carter. "His shoulders were down, and his posture was upright, which tells us he was feeling content in himself and wasn’t holding anything back," the expert continued. "He also wasn’t closing anyone off and he didn’t look nervous or tense in the slightest, as we saw him attending the event on his own."
"It’s known that Harry loves to go to these events and speak to people and give his support. It’s clear he’s in his happy place. While it could be that the royal was relaxed due to being removed from any recent "pressure or drama", Darren explained that it was a clear indicator of just how suited he is in that environment.
