The Prince and Princess of Wales are expected to deliver a message to the public that will honour the life of the late monarch
Prince William and Kate Middleton are to lead the tributes to the late Queen on the first anniversary of her death.The couple will also use the occasion to "look forward", according to a source.
Final detail are still being decided on how the couple will address the nation, whether it be in person or via their social media. Palace officials have said that the King, 74, will spend the anniversary of his mother's death, "quietly and privately, just as the late Queen did to mark her own father’s passing".
Royal Family members are permitted to attend public engagements around the date of the Queen's anniversary, but sources have said that there were "no plans" for any public or private family gathering to be attended by everyone.
