A throwback clip of the late Queen Elizabeth II scolding a young Prince William sparked comparisons between the future king and his youngest son, Prince Louis .
The Royal family is known for their strict protocol when 'on duty', which could explain why the Queen was so keen to keep William in line. It was even suggested she might have thought his behaviour could be seen as disrespectful. Previously, little Louis had been the centre of attention on Buckingham Palace's famous balcony as he excitedly banged his fists in anticipation of an RAF fly-by.
It is believed that there were plans for him to leave the service at some point. However, he made a return for the national anthem at the conclusion of the service and for the procession out of the abbey.
