The vehicle that was used to cause the damage was stolen from Clayworth
A stolen vehicle has been deliberately driven into the wall of a Nottinghamshire pub. On Wednesday, September 27, Nottinghamshire Police were called to The Mucky Duck on Eel Pool Road, Drakeholes, at around 11.55pm after receiving reports that a truck had been used to ram into the listed building.
In a Facebook post, the business wrote: "Some bad news I’m afraid. Unfortunately, we are going to have to close until further notice due to someone deliberately causing serious damage to the building with a stolen teleporter."Don’t worry, they will not stop us from getting back open. We are going to work as hard as we can to get back open as soon as possible and when we have a date for this we will be sure to let you all know.
The vehicle that was used to cause the damage was stolen from an address in Town Street, Clayworth. Nottinghamshire Police are studying CCTV of the incident and carrying out other local inquiries.
