This is the second puppy theft that Fox 5 NY has reported on this week. In both cases the owners agreed to meet the thieves prior, in order to complete the sale.
The NYPD is looking for three men accused of stealing a puppy during an armed robbery in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx.A group of three individuals met the 23-year-old owner in front of his residence near Seneca Avenue and Faile Street.When they got there, they pulled out a firearm and forced the owner to hand over the dog and fled the scene in a gray sedan.
One of the people involved in the robbery is described as having light skin complexion and a mustache. The second and third individuals are only described as males. No further description is available at this time.
