In honor of Women’s History Month, female empowerment brand Rebel Girls is joining forces with The Peninsula Beverly Hills to introduce a new take on the hotel’s iconic afternoon tea.
... [+]Rebel Girls first made waves in 2016, when it published the first volume of its children’s book series “Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls” following a record-breaking Kickstarter campaign.
In honor of Women’s History Month, the partnership will bring a new take on the hotel’s iconic afternoon tea in an effort to celebrate women both known and unknown who empower tea-goers of all ages. “We were inspired by their work and feel it fits seamlessly into our hotel as we bring in female-forward brands in different facets throughout our property,” says The Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel manager Rebecca Goldberg.
The tea service will be on offer every Thursday through Sunday, starting March 3, with three seatings a day, and it will include Rebel Girls themed menu items, like cream puffs and rainbow cookies adorned with the brand’s icons printed on edible paper.
“Rebel Girls is excited to be partnering with The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and its many female leaders, for Women's History Month, as we celebrate barrier-breaking women past and present," added Rebel Girls CEO Jes Wolfe.
