Robertson approached the official shortly after the whistle was blown at the end of the first half at Anfield with footage appearing to show Hatzidakis thrust his elbow in his direction. The 29-year-old insisted he was struck in the throat by Hatzidakis, but was shown a yellow card by referee Paul Tierney.until the PGMOL investigation has been carried out, however.
Speaking on Tuesday, Hatzidakis has been quoted saying by the Daily Mail: “Whatever happens, happens. There is nothing more I can say at the moment.
