Several community members are starting a campaign to end youth violence in Montgomery.
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - A group of people who were once either at-risk youth, have been incarcerated, or were hanging with the wrong crowd in the streets are teaming up to bring peace to Montgomery.“I’m a gangster and they have me scared,” said James McCants.
The Montgomery native believes it is going to take the adults to bring back “village-style” communities that would help each other’s children stay on the right path.
