Made with a windproof, woven nylon that’s lightweight and breathable. The fabric is also ripstop for tear resistance and long-term durability. It also packs away into its chest pocket for easy storage. It runs a Shimano Sora 2×9 drivetrain with an 11-32 cassette and 46/30 chainring minimizing gear gaps to keep your cadence tight. It has an aluminum frame and fork, flat-mount disc brakes, and clearance for up to 700x45mm tires.
These Five Ten Freerider shoes have a compressed foam footbed, polyester lining for wicking, and an outsole with high-friction Stealth rubber for added grip on platform pedals. This version of the Topstone has a Shimano GRX 800/600 2 x 11-speed drivetrain. It comes with fast 700c x 37 mm tires but has room for 40 mm wide tires, or you can max out flotation with 650b wheels and up to 48 mm wide tires.
This model was discontinued in 2023, hence the sale. It’s a great deal on a carbon bike with great components, especially for those getting into gravel. The catch here is that only sizes M and XL are available, and you may want to size up.
