"I threw something in the bin two months ago and two rats jumped out, it terrified the life out of me, I just screamed".Baguley Crescent is close to Junction 19 of the M60 between Prestwich and Middleton. Francesca Estasy said: "About two years ago, I used to see children playing on the roofs on those garages, it was terrifying."Bury Council said the area is cleaned once a month"People are coming in vans at night-time and doing it, so no-one can see, there's mattresses on the floor and there's plenty of rats.
