Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar
, a chain patterned after a Rocky Mountain lodge serving comfort food, handcrafted cocktails and craft beers, is expanding in the Houston area. After opening in Cypress in 2019, the restaurant announced plans for a location in Waterview Town Center at 4810 Waterview Meadow Drive in Richmond in 2023, following its expansion to Stafford at 12223 Southwest Freeway in July. Jason Baker of Baker Katz and Brian Kjos of Kjos Restaurant Group represented Lazy Dog in the lease at Waterview Town Center.
