HiBurger first started out doing pop-up events in 2021 and are now based at Banana Block
Tucked away beside the front entrance to Banana Block in East Belfast is a shiny steel food truck housing HiBurger.
Fast forward to now, and HiBurger is now fully established with their food truck in action every weekend. I had previously been lucky enough to get tickets to one of their pop-up events last year and was keen to get back to try their famous burgers. It's very rare to find a burger that looks perfect, but HiBurger has done a pretty good job of it. Most of its aspects are homemade, including the bun and pickles, and it really makes a difference in terms of the flavours and textures.
The wings were nice and crispy, while the sauce was well-balanced with a blend of sweet, salty, and sticky.
