Dallas police told the station that Earl Brooks, 52, faces a charge of injury to a child. He had not taken into custody as of Saturday night, county records showed. According to Richardson ISD, the incident occurred the afternoon of May 8, and the bus monitor was fired the following day. The district said it notified authorities and also filed a report with the Texas Education Agency in case he seeks employment in another district.Email Address
