Rishi Sunak is facing a revolt by Tory MPs over plans to criminalise homelessness - with a Government minister today refusing to publicly back proposed new laws.
But the plans, initially drawn up by former home secretary Suella Braverman, have infuriated many on the Tory benches in the House of Commons.
