In return from injury, Rockets' Jalen Green in a good spot — in more ways than one

“I actually called coach the other day and was just telling him, ‘The last 24 games, I’m with you,’” Green said of the Rockets’ schedule after the All-Star break. “’I’m ready to lock in. Whatever we’ve got to do, we’ve got to string together some wins.’” The MRI showed relatively little damage. Though Green was forced to miss the Rising Stars games, the All-Star break kept him from having to sit out too many Rockets games. He went on the Rockets’ two-game road trip out of the break with a chance to play, but was not cleared until Monday, in time to face the Nuggets on Tuesday at Toyota Center.
