The first incident happened around 1:48 a.m., when RGH received a patient, a 34 year old city-resident who was shot at least once in the upper body. The shooting was determined to have happened outside a bar around the 1700 block of North Goodman Street. Shortly after, around 2:10 a.m., officers walking on the East End Bar District heard gunshots in the area of East Avenue and Alexander Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a 25-year old man, a city-resident in a nearby parking lot who was shot at least once in the lower body.Both incidents are under investigation. There are no suspects in custody.
