Russell Brand faces a string of allegations regarding rape, sexual and emotional abuse – all of which he strongly denied in a video posted on social media.
Comedian and actor Russell Brand faces four allegations, including rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, with the incidents alleged to have taken place between 2006 and 2013.
Brand said in a video on social media: "Amidst this litany of astonishing rather baroque attacks, often very serious allegations that I absolutely refute. These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time when I was in the movies. And as I've written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous.
He was working for BBC Radio 2, Channel 4 and also appearing in Hollywood movies when her is alleged to have carried out the sexual assaults, between 2006 and 2013. She claims he often referred to her as "the child" during their alleged emotionally abusive relationship which is said to have lasted three months.

Brand denies all allegations made against him.
