At least two explosions were heard in the capital, acccording to a report by BBC, as the city’s mayor Vitaliy Klitschko warned there had been power outages and advised residents to stock up on water. The Ukrainian Air Force said Russia was attacking “various directions with air and sea-based cruise missiles”, with Kamikaze drones used.Lviv’s mayor Andriy Sadovy said the city was now without 90 per cent of its electricity and warned the water supply could be disrupted after the salvo.also indicating there were Russian missiles in the air.
Mr Podolyak tweeted: “Missiles over Ukraine launched by the “evil Russian world” to destroy critical infrastructure and kill civilians en masse.
