Infant left covered in blood as series of clips shows devastation of pizza restaurant attack
Over 50 people have been injured and there are suggestions that there may still be people trapped under rubble. On Tuesday evening, a missile struck and destroyed a pizza restaurant in a popular shopping district of Kramatorsk, Donetsk. "I don't have enough information about this exact case but the Russian army is not attacking civilian infrastructure and a Russian missile has attacked some of the military infrastructure in Kramatorsk," he said. "We are attacking each other every given day on the battlefield in some other territories and of course unfortunately civilians may be killed in this war in Russia, in Ukraine, and in other territories," he added.
Asked if he believes Mr Putin is weak, Mr Popov laughed and replied:"You think so, I don't think so." In its daily intelligence update, the ministry said:"On the morning of 22 June 2023, Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the Chonhar road bridges between the Crimean Peninsula and Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast."
Children were among those killed in the attack and an eight-month-old baby is one of the 56 people injured. It came under fire in the early evening yesterday - a day that marked the one-year anniversary of a deadly attack on a shopping mall in the same area that killed more than 20 people. "There's no way of knowing exactly the logic behind firing this kind of missile at this pizza restaurant, but it's left a lot of people dead and the Ukrainians reacting with anger and horror."
