One bar decided to ring in the New Year with a rewatch of AvengersEndgame, and directors Joe and Anthony Russo are offering their approval for the Snap-celebrating patrons.
The Russo Brothers have expressed approval over a bar using the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Avengers: Endgame to ring in the New Year. Avengers: Infinity War saw the rise of Thanos as he collected the remaining Infinity Stones and set about on his mission to eliminate half of all life in the universe. With the Infinity Stones at his command, he snapped his fingers and turned half of the universe to dust.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY While Avengers: Endgame may be a depressing way to celebrate the start of 2023, there are some Marvel fans who gathered in a bar on New Year's Eve and celebrated the changing of the year with a life-giving snap. Though that snap may lead directly to Tony's death, Iron Man's death had to happen, and his sacrifice saves the universe and establishes the Avengers as a group of heroes who can take on anyone.
The brothers are also directing The Electric State, another science fiction project featuring a star-studded cast, including Chris Pratt , Anthony Mackie , Giancarlo Esposito , Millie Bobby Brown , Brian Cox , Ke Huy Quan , and Stanley Tucci . Based on Simon Stålenhag's novel of the same name, the film centers around a girl trying to find her brother with the help of a robot he sent her.
Could There Ever Be Another MCU Moment Like The Snap? Avengers: Infinity War was a monumental moment as the MCU was turned on its head forever with the Snap, and Iron Man's snap in Avengers: Endgame was no different. Yet it likely won't be the last major moment that the MCU sees, as with Kang the Conqueror drawing the MCU into a multiversal saga, there could be major consequences coming along the way.
