Ruth Langsford appeared emotional during Tuesday's episode of Loose Women. She shared her experiences of caring for her mum, and husband Eamonn Holmes, who has been battling health issues in recent years.
Ruth was noticeably missing from Loose Women during the Christmas and New Year period of 2022/3. Ruth brought up Eamonn's health again while discussing Kate Garraway's new documentary, Derek's Story. The film covers the final year of Kate's late husband's life, including his battle against Covid in 2020 and the challenges he faced afterwards. She added: "It's in sickness and in health. You love somebody, you're in a partnership with them, and you'd like to think they'd do the same back."
