of the double-blind, vehicle-controlled TRuE-V studies, which were conducted in 661 patients with nonsegmental vitiligo. Patients were randomly assigned 2:1 to receive either ruxolitinib or control twice daily for 24 weeks. Both groups then received ruxolitinib twice daily for 28 weeks.
By week 24, 26.9% of patients had achieved what was considered treatment success — with 13.5% and 9.6% reporting a 50%-75% improvement and 75%-90% improvement from baseline in T-VASI scores, respectively; 3.8% achieved a T-VASI 90.
