During the BFFs' appearance on Thursday's Hot Ones, Reynolds, 47, said they successfully kept the film's major twists under wraps.
The star continued: 'It was meant to be kind of like horrible so 10 people in America would go see this movie on opening weekend and 5 minutes into the movie, the Marvel logo would flip up and it would actually be Deadpool & Wolverine.'During the BFFs' appearance on Thursday's Hot Ones , Reynolds, 47, said they successfully kept the film's major twists under wraps
'I crushed my ankle a couple of times on those forklifts,' Ryan said of his pre-fame construction gig. While the Deadpool & Wolverine stars avoided major leaks, they struggled with a different challenge: handling a series of extremely hot sauces on the show. 'The original idea with this movie was to shoot a fake movie called Alpha Cop that was intentionally bad,' he said. 'I even had one of the posters made — it was about two guys who are sharing one brain and together they make the ultimate cop. And the poster says,"Alpha Cop: Two Cops, One Brain. All Balls"'
Meanwhile, the first reviews have flooded in for the third film in the superhero franchise, leaving critics divided.
