While periods of showers and below normal temperatures are expected to continue Tuesday through Friday, it’s unlikely that San Antonio will see more than an inch of rain this week, said Matthew Brady, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in New Braunfels. “Unfortunately, the rain has been fairly light, even though it seems like it has been off and on in the last several days,” Brady said. “It’s beneficial in that regard.”
