A man was arrested on suspicion of homicide after his father was killed in East San Jose, police say.
A man was arrested on suspicion of homicide after his father suffered what was ruled as a “suspicious death” on Saturday in East San Jose, according to authorities.
The San Jose Police Department responded to a report of a person down at the 2500 block of Fontaine Road at 6:36 a.m. Saturday and found a man unconscious and not breathing. The man was later pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations led authorities to a nearby motel, where a person of interest was apparently staying. An adult male, the victim’s son, was arrested on suspicion of homicide at the motel.
