45-year-old man from Saskatchewan is facing charges after RCMP received a report of a man committing an indecent act an area aquatic centre

On March 13, Lloydminster RCMP received a report of a man who was committing an indecent act at Bioclean Aquatics Center in Lloydminster. Later on the same day of his release officers located Habetler outside a local daycare, which breached his release conditions. He was arrested and charged with breach of release conditions and taken back before a Justice of the Peace and remanded into custody, according to police. He appeared in court on Mar. 15 and was again released and is schedule to appear in court on April 4.Recommended from Editorial
