Person barricaded inside Evanston apartment brings police, healthcare professionals to scene
Officers and health care professionals haved secured the scene where a possibly “emotionally disturbed” person was holed up inside an Evanston home Friday evening, Evanston police said.

Heavy police presence for an emotionally disturbed subject suspected to be barricaded in an apartment building in the area of Michigan & Main.
