Nancy was transferred to Perth Royal Infirmary and spent two weeks on the same ward where Kevin was treated. “Eventually I challenged myself to solve one clue, then two. I’d keep that day’s newspaper and look at the next edition to see what the answers were. When she was released from hospital she felt she had fallen into a gap in services with a delay in both occupational therapy and speech therapy because of the Covid backlog.
Now Nancy is calling on people to dig deep for the charity so they can continue to help people like her.
