Police have charged a 27-year-old man in connection with the death of Joseph McGready.
A second arrest has been made after a man died in hospital following a disturbance at a flat in Glasgow.
Amanda Welsh appeared in court on Monday accused of attempting to murder Joseph. The 47-year-old allegedly assaulted Joseph at a flat near Glasgow city centre on September 29.Court papers state that Welsh acted with another when she repeatedly struck Joseph on the head and body with a knife. His cousin Debbie Hughes wrote: "Can't believe this is actually real, was hoping it was all just a really bad dream. RIP wee cuz you're with Jack now Joe, although far too soon as you were so young son. No more words. Honestly gutted."Detective Inspector Sandy MacKinnon on Wednesday morning said: “Our thoughts are with Joseph’s family and friends at this very difficult time.
