A second man has been taken into custody almost a week after nine people were shot in Cleveland’s Warehouse District.
Video released by Cleveland police show the chaotic scene after a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people as they left bars and nightclubs in the Warehouse District on the morning of Sunday July 9.CLEVELAND, Ohio --
Cleveland Police issued an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Kevin Rual Del Valle-Salaman on Saturday, according to a statement. He was taken into custody by Lorain Police on the same day and booked in the Cuyahoga County Jail. Authorities did not mention how Valle-Salaman is involved in the case., injuring nine people before fleeing the scene. None of the victims sustained fatal injuries.by the United States Marshals Service, following tips provided to investigators.
