Sen. Bob Casey is the third senator likely to have contracted Covid-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus
WASHINGTON—Sen. Bob Casey said he tested positive this week for coronavirus antibodies after feeling sick earlier this year, making him the third senator likely to have contracted Covid-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus.
Mr. Casey said Friday that he received the results of his test Wednesday afternoon. “This positive test means that I likely had Covid-19 at some point over the last several months and have since developed an antibody response to the virus,” he said.
