Two senators from opposite sides of the aisle have introduced a bill to enforce a code of conduct on the Supreme Court, saying it could restore public confidence in the institution.
The bill would require the justices to implement a code of ethics that’s available to the public within one year of the legislation being enacted, and theCurrently, justices are not bound by a code like lower court judges.
