Shania Twain Reveals Her Thoughts About Her Hair ‘Going Gray’ at 57
“I am a woman in my late 50s, and I don’t need to hide behind the clothes. I can’t even tell you how good it felt to do nude shooting,” she toldin December. “I was just so unashamed of my new body, you know, as a woman that is well into my menopause. I’m not even emotional about it; I just feel okay about it. It’s really liberating.”
Twain also shared that for her, posing nude meant “expressing her truth”—and showing her self-confidence. “I’m comfortable in my own skin, and this is the way I am sharing that confidence,” she explained. “I think the best fashion is confidence, and whatever you wear—if you’re wearing it with that, it’s fashionable.”
Well, there’s no doubt that Twain is wearing “confidence” with her bold hair choices recently—and as for whether she’ll continue “playing” with color? You can certainly count on plenty more fun looks in the future.. “Why not? I’ll have an empty palette. I’m experimenting with that.”
