BREAKING A shooting investigation leads to the closure of both sides of the 10 Freeway in Monterey Park.
Both lanes of the 10 Freeway have been shut down in Monterey Park due to a shooting investigation.A body was seen covered near shell casings on an entrance ramp to the freeway. It is believed that the victim was armed and was running away from Monterey Park police.
It is unclear who was involved in the shooting, but the Montery Park Police Department, LAFD and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department were on scene.This is a developing story. Check back for more details.
