A black Cadillac sedan was stopped on the shoulder between Park Springs and Green Oaks boulevards. The vehicle had shattered windows and a shoe was nearby on the ground. A police motorcycle and SUV were stopped near the vehicle. The conditions of those involved have not been confirmed. Arlington Police have only confirmed that they are investigating a major incident and for drivers to expect delays. An update is expected soon.
