Helen said: "The summer months are the perfect time to explore what the UK's great outdoors have to offer! From gorgeous hikes in the Lake District to pristine beaches on the South coast, I truly believe there is something for everyone in nature. For me, the perfect outdoor outfit is a mix of stylish and practical. I am also a big fan of layering- especially as British weather often takes a turn. I have chosen my favourite pieces for the spring and summer months.
Helen said: "I love taking a lightweight jacket with me on walks. They can easily be folded away and put into your bag and taken out if it starts to rain. I love the bright colours that this coat comes in, and the cinched waist is so flattering!"
