A mother has spoken of her shock at an act of kindness from a shop manager after her five-year-old daughter went out of her way to buy her an extra special birthday present.
A mother has spoken of her shock at an act of kindness from a shop manager after her five-year-old daughter went out of her way to buy her an extra special birthday present . Mum Fiona had taken her daughter Trinity shopping when the child found that she didn't have enough money to buy the items which she wanted. However a kind-hearted shop manager took her by the hand and brought her round the store to find items which she could afford.
Speaking to Belfast Live, Fiona explained that she was blown away by the manager's customer service and that it has encouraged her to shop in stores more often, rather than shopping online. "My birthday was coming up and my child was asking me what I would like for my birthday. She is only five years old and I told her that all I needed was a big hug
