Marks and Spencer declared 'Christmas officially starts now' as it soft launched its festive range
Marks and Spencer shoppers have made the same complaint after the supermarket teased its new Christmas food range.
"From gorgeous gifts to tantalising treats, this is only the *beginning* of a season full of mistletoe and M&S magic. Let the festive preparations begin..." the post's caption read, while a video teased the items, which include a push along car with chocolates, a Swiss truffle light up tree and a shortbread line up house tin.A chocolate chip cookie light up house tin and a hot chocolate light up house rounded off the announcement - building up anticipation for the full reveal.
Instagram A third said: "No! This is ridiculous. Starting to stress people out out in September takes all the joy out of Christmas" while a fourth wrote: "It's not even mid September fgs. Waaaay to soon." Another added: "It’s bloody September!" while someone else echoed: "Far too early".
