PSNI and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene on Friday morning
A car has been set alight and "multiple shots" fired at a house in a Co Antrim town during two separate overnight incidents.
The five occupants were evacuated safely. Police said it's understood a petrol bomb had been thrown inside the car, with the incident being treated as arson with intent to endanger life.Read more: PSNI probe started after "vulnerable female" involved in sex work contacted them “A short time later at approximately 1.05am a report was received that a car had been set on fire in the nearby Hampton Crescent area trapping five people inside the property.
“This is being treated as arson with intent to endanger life and enquiries are ongoing. I am appealing to anyone with any information on either attack to contact police on 101 quoting reference 26 of 16/08/24.”
