Shrewsbury-based Cyber & Data Protection Limited has launched a vehicle for increasing the cyber security landscape in Shropshire.
Company Director Ian Simons said: “I am delighted Mark is joining us and feel confident he will be an excellent addition to our team and will really drive forward our Securing Shropshire vision.”
Mark added: “I am excited to join Cyber & Data Protection as I can see lots of growth to come and look forward to being a part of it.” The company is looking to raise the cyber security hygiene of organisations and increase Cyber Essentials take up so that Shropshire becomes known as the most cyber secure county in the UK.
Mr Simons added: “It is always very frustrating to come across organisations with holes in their cyber security and as someone who is Shropshire born and bred, it would be fantastic to see the county become known as the most secure county in the UK.We can dream.
