The former Crystal Palace owner had little sympathy for the punters who are travelling to Dens Park.
Simon Jordan has declared he has no sympathy for Rangers fans as they await a final decision on their clash with Dundee .
Referee Don Robertson gave the green light to the Scottish Premiership fixture following an 11am pitch inspection. However, the whistler will take a second look at the surface at 3.30pm on Wednesday afternoon with more rain on the way before kick-off. The Dark Blues have already had four games at Dens Park called off this season and are desperate to avoid a fifth with the forecast predicting heavy rain in the run up to kick off in the Scottish Premiership.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Jim White immediately reaction to the second inspection as he discussed fans travelling from across Scotland to Tayside for the game. He questioned Jordan:: "It seems that 3.30 might be a bit late?" But Jordan was unmoved, stating: "I would assume there is some logic behind it. They are trying to give the game the maximum chance to get the game on.
The Rangers statement was read out on talkSPORT by White. It said: "Given the forecasted weather conditions in Dundee this afternoon, a further inspection is to be held at 3:30pm. Rangers has continued to insist that a final decision is made as early as possible for our traveling supporters, and fully understands the inconvenience this continues to cause."
But Jordan had a pot shot ready. He said: "They can insist what they want with their flare throwing fans. They get told when they get told."
