TheSims4MyWeddingStories will soon receive a patch with several bug fixes, which has been plagued with glitches since release.
The Sims 4 team has announced a myriad of bug fixes set to be released for The Sims 4: My Wedding Stories game pack. The game pack is the latest expansion released for The Sims 4, which has received over 30 DLCs of various sizes since its release in 2014. The Sims 4 has an incredibly large player base, having sold over 36 million copies, and has one of the most active communities in gaming.
Over the years, many Sims 4 expansions have added activities and life events for Sims to experience. The latest game pack, My Wedding Stories, aimed to expand upon in-game weddings, adding new events like rehearsal dinners and engagement parties alongside new wedding day activities like throwing rice and cake cutting. However, upon release players found the pack to be extremely glitchy, with almost no wedding activities working properly.

Over the years, The Sims 4 has received many patches, but many of the patches have addressed in-game issues that involve core gameplay functions which clearly should have been fixed before release.
The Sims series has a huge community surrounding it, and many have given EA harsh feedback online since My Wedding Stories was released. Despite its issues, The Sims 4 does have many engaging gameplay elements that are beloved by players that keep them coming back to the game. There's been no indication of The Sims 5 releasing any time soon, and DLC content for The Sims 4 shows no signs of slowing down.
