A Grade II-listed property, which is home to a popular restaurant, has gone on the market. Southwell bistro La Parisienne is based in the building which has a guide price of £400,000. It remains open as usual.
The bistro has been part of the town since 2008, serving traditional French and Mediterranean-style food and homemade patisserie. As well as the commercial space, the building includes a three-bedroomed apartment above, that is used as an Airbnb known as 12A.
