'My Snapchat's aren't coming through and it comes up at the top with a grey error when I refresh,' one frustrated user wrote to a verified support account on Twitter today.
A surge of connectivity issues was recorded at picture-sharing app Snapchat today, with users in the U.S. and Europe appearing to be affected.
According to Down Detector, the majority of users had trouble with seeing"snaps" or refreshing the app, while others said sending content was also impacted. The Snapchat Support Twitter account has not yet commented, however the social network has been slammed with a wave of comments frustrated at the application.
