Earlier this month, Washington governor Jay Inslee, former Colorado governor John Hickenlooper, and Massachusetts representative Seth Moulton all dropped out. Just this week, New York senator Kristen Gillibrand officially ended her campaign.

And yet, he has failed to catch up to the more progressive candidates in the polls, and was the tenth and final candidate to qualify for the third debate.
